James Green, recently retiring after more than 22 years of service in the United States Air Force, James has served at the highest executive levels to include Chief Operating Officer and Director of Quality of a $30 million medical facility, ensuring the successful execution of its $48 million annual operation budget as well as the morale, health and welfare of its 460 employees.  He also served as the Clinical Laboratory Director for six regions to include California, Colorado, Florida, Alaska, Japan and Korea.

James’s area of expertise are in the areas of Health Care Administration and Human Resource Management of which he holds a Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s in Business Administration respectively.  He also holds certifications in Human Resource Management, Mastering Human Resource Organizational Excellence and Six Sigma Greenbelt/LEAN Principles from Villanova University; Equal Opportunity and Employment Disputes/Mediation from the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute; and Senior Executive Leadership Skills from the United States Air Force.
